Versatility is your strength when you complete this program in engine mechanics. Under the guidance of an ASE- and EETC-certified instructor, you'll become adept at repairing all types of engines - small, light, heavy-duty, two- and four-cycle, gas and diesel - and their related systems, such as air and hydraulic brakes, electrical systems, power take-off accessories and transmissions. This program is accredited by the Equipment & Engine Training Council (EETC). Other programs in Transportation Systems career field: Auto Body Repair & Refinishing, Auto Service Technology, Transportation Services.
