The Transition to Work Program is designed to assist students in the development of employability skills, work habits, social skills, and appropriate workplace behaviors. The students are introduced to the skills they need in order to pursue competitive or supported employment. These skills are developed through classroom instruction, work experiences within CVCC, and non-paid community-based work experiences.
