Certification: students have the opportunity to acquire the following certification:
- OSHA Teen Worker Safety in Restaurants
Students needing entry-level skills acquire practical work experience leading to entry-level positions in hotels, hospitals, bed & breakfasts, restaurants and other hospitality and service businesses. Through direct instruction and community-based work experiences, they learn the fundamentals of food preparation, laundry and linen-care, guest relations and room maintenance.
