Parents,

Please complete the form below if you are having difficulty creating your ProgressBook account for CVCC. A registration key is required to set up the account. The keys were distributed at Parent Open House. If you did not attend, the letter with the information was given to the student to give to their parents. If you do not have the registration key, please indicate that in the last fill-in box at the bottom of the form. You will need to complete the form as some fields are required. 

CVCC no longer has the ability to look up usernames or passwords once the account is created. By supplying the information below, we will try to assist you in creating your account.

Most questions have a required response.

Your contact information is very important. Our primary means of communication will be by e-mail. A phone number will be needed if information is needed in a timely fashion.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please refer to this picture for guidance on retrieving them. The information will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied during the registration process.

On the next screen, please click the "Confirm & Continue" button only once (it may take a few seconds for the confirmation page to appear).

Did you complete the registration process but are unable to log-in?
If the answer to the above is "Yes", please refer to the attached picture for assistance in retrieving your username and/or password. The information will be sent to the e-mail address used in the registration process. If the answer to the above question is "No", please answer the questions that follow. If you are able to capture a screenshot of an error message, you can upload it here.
