National Accreditation Awarded to CVCC
The Commission of the Council on Occupational Education (COE) has granted accreditation to Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. The award of accreditation status is based on an evaluation to demonstrate that the institution meets not only the standards of quality of the Commission, but also the needs of students, the community, and employers. CVCC Board of Education Supports Facility Expansion
At its September 25 regular meeting, the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center Board of Education approved a $700,000 transfer from the general fund to the permanent improvement fund for the purpose of facility expansion and improvement. These funds will be combined with money from a recent grant award to build a 3,200 sq. ft. expansion onto the existing manufacturing lab. Click "Read More" for details.
 
Harbor Light Hospice Announced as Business Partner of the Month
Cuyahoga Valley Career Center is pleased to recognize Harbor Light Hospice in Highland Heights as its Business Partner of the Month for October. This monthly honor is given to organizations that support the mission of CVCC by contributing their time and resources to the success of students and programs at CVCC.
